Look first, then work
Most visits start as one of two jobs, a sweep or an inspection. When you book an inspection, we include:
- A camera look at the flue, smoke chamber, hood, tiles and cap
- A written report with photos
- A plain explanation of what we found and what, if anything, comes next.
A sweep is the other job: we remove the soot, creosote and debris from the flue. If the report finds something, we explain it plainly and you decide what comes next.
